Shipping policy
Delivery method & costs
Our monoprints and artworks are carefully wrapped in paper foil and sent in a heavy cardboard poster tube. You will receive the track and trace information through email. The package won’t fit in your mailbox.
Monoprints
Shipping for our Dutch and European (including the United Kingdom) clients is free! Delivery costs for orders in the rest of the world are €25.
Frames
Shipping for our Dutch clients is free! Frames are not shipped internationally
Paint/Wallpaper
Shipping for our Dutch clients is free! Delivery costs for orders in the Europe are €20 and the rest of the world are €30.
We do not cover the costs of individual countries import taxes, this is not included in your shipping costs.
Shipping
We strive to send out your orders within 48 hours from Mondays through Fridays. After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received any email. Also no email in your spam folder? Send an email to hello@enkelartstudio.com including your order number. We'll email you the tracking link of your shipment. Please check below how long your package will take and keep an eye out for the mail(wo)man.
Delivery times
Netherlands: approximately 1 - 2 working days after shipping
Europe: approximately 2 - 5 working days after shipping
Worldwide: approximately 2 - 10 working days after shipping
Please note that for worldwide deliveries there are many stages of the process which we have no control or influence over (like the package being held in customs).
If your parcel does not arrive or you get impatient, please contact us at hello@enkelartstudio.com. Please remember to include your order number.
Customs & duties
If you order from a country outside the EU local taxes and duties may be added, for which we cannot be held responsible. If this is the case the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs.
